I spoke with John Greene about this issue this morning, and he said that he would handle it. It is not customary to sign term sheets. I put Peter Barna (Merrill Lynch) in direct contact with John with the understanding that they would work out the details (including the signature). I asked them to forward the confirmation to us when it was ready. So, in short, there shouldn't be anything that we need to do on this.
