Today Enron and EDEN (an AES Co.) signed the ISDA Master Agreement and
immediately after executed the first financial power swap transaction with an
LDC.

Terms & Conditions:
Volume: 66 MWh (24 hours/day, 7 days /week)
Term: 1 year, starting February 1st 2000
Fixed Price: US$20.90/MWh
Floating Price Payer: Enron North America
Fixed Price Payer: Eden S.A.
