(i) the Purchase Agreement, (ii) the Trust Agreement, (iii) the Remarketing Agreement and, if time allows, (iv) the Offering Circular to Gareth Bahlmann or Clint Freeland by 4 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, June 1.
