The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading=20 Commission to amend Supplement No. 1 of the NYMEX Platinum and Palladium=20 Futures Contracts to add the Brink=01,s Inc. vault facility located at 652 = Kent=20 Avenue, Brooklyn, New York as a Licensed Depository for the storage of=20 platinum and palladium deliverable against the Exchange=01,s Platinum and= =20 Palladium Futures Contracts. Brink=01,s Inc=01,s charges for platinum and= =20 palladium are attached. The approved amendment is effective October 1, 2000. Copies of the approved amendment are attached.
