The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 3, =01&Approved Assayers for = Gold=018=20 of the Gold Futures Contract and Supplement No. 4, =01&Approved Assayers fo= r=20 Silver=018 of the Silver Futures Contract. The proposed amendment adds Ale= x=20 Stewart (Assayers) Ltd. as an Approved Assayer for the COMEX Division=01,s = Gold=20 and Silver Futures Contracts. The proposed amendments must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading= =20 Commission (=01&CFTC=018) before becoming effective. The Exchange membersh= ip will=20 be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date of the=20 amendments. A copy of the proposed amendments is attached.
