The proposed amendment changes the na= me of=20 the producer of the =01&NSA=018 brand of aluminum from NSA Ltd to Century A= luminum=20 of Kentucky LLC. The Exchange has been informed that NSA Ltd. has been=20 acquired by Century Aluminum Company and that the company name has been=20 changed to Century Aluminum of Kentucky LLC. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission must approve the proposed=20 amendment. The Exchange Membership will be notified when Commission approv= al=20 is received and the effective date.
