REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING PRIVILEGES Please be advised that effective immediately, June 1, 2001, Michael Carboni (OSCR-7512) will reinstate his trading privileges as a member guaranteed by FC Stone, LLC. SWITCH OF GUARANTEE Please be advised that effective immediately, June 1, 2001, Thomas Stuart (STEW-7972) will no longer be guaranteed by Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. However, Mr. Stuart will remain a member guaranteed by Pioneer Futures, Inc.
