Sara,

I agreed at yesterday's meeting to ask Brad Schnieder about Great Lakes
Energy Partners LLC and to ask Ed Sacks about Tucson Electric Power Co. In
both cases, the credit analysts will follow up with the traders, but
indicated that they should be taken off of the priority list.
