Consistent with my message at the All Employee Meeting and in the interest of
reducing hierarchies, flattening the organization and enfranchising our
current and future leaders, I am pleased to annouce the members of each group.

Executive Committee

This group will meet regularly at least once a month to discuss core
strategy, corporate policy and other strategic issues. I will chair and lead
this group.

Operating Committee

This group will meet at least weekly, including the Monday morning staff
meeting (8:30 AM - 8C1), to discuss progress towards financial and
non-financial objectives, business performance and other important tactical
issues. Janet Dietrich will chair and lead this group.

The first meeting of the Operating Committee will be an all day off-site at
the Houstonian on Friday, March 30 starting at 8:00 AM sharp and ending at
