Below is the list of organizations that I would expect Bill to continue to=
=20 monitor under contract, unless there are some that you think we don't need= =20 any more. We should probably have HR or legal draft a consulting=20 agreement. Below are the organizations I currently work with: American Association of Blacks in Energy Congressional Black Caucus Center for Legislative Energy and Environmental Research (the corporate arm= =20 of the Energy Council) National Black Caucus of State Legislators National forum for Black Public Administrators (includes elected officials,= =20 their staff and government workers) National Black Mayors Conference National Urban League Annual Meeting (attracts a broad range of elected=20 officials and their staff) Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus Arkansas Black Legislative Caucus Mississippi Black Legislative Caucus Trade groups that I work with in Louisiana are Louisiana Mid Continent Oil= =20 and Gas Assoc and the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry; In MS= ,=20 the Oil and Gas Association and the MS Manufacturer=01,s Assoc (we will not= =20 renew our membership with MMA due to budget cuts; in Arkansas, the Oil and= =20 Gas Association although I haven=01,t done anything with Arkansas=01, O&G A= ssoc.=20 yet. I have worked closely with the Texas Black Caucus of State Legislators and = to=20 a lesser degree with the Texas Association of African American Chambers of= =20 Commerce. I will ask Jean Ryall, Senior Director, Texas and Oklahoma=20 Government Affairs, how she wants to handle these 2 groups.
