Williams Comments on ERCOT Standard IA

Attached are comments Williams developed on the ERCOT Standard Generation Interconnection Agreement.

We hope these comments will be helpful in flagging issues of concern to the
Caucus. Additionally, the comments recommend specific language changes to the ERCOT IA. We hope these suggestions will be useful in transforming the ERCOT IA into a national standardized agreement.
