Project: Rulemaking on Generator Interconnection Procedures (RM02-1-000)

Meetings at FERC to discuss Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Tu/W/Th of every week, Nov. 7 through Dec. 13
(Donna or Susan to attend as needed to cover areas of particular interest to Enron)

EPSA conference calls to discuss generators' positions Tuesdays, through Dec. 11

Comments on ANOPR: Dec. 21

Draft circulation: Dec. 17 (estimated)

Date for FERC to issue NOPR: early 2002

On the Revised Public Utility Filing Requirements NOPR (RM01-8-000), we filed comments 10/5/01. The projected date for further FERC action in this proceeding is not yet known.
