Thanks Dave. The critical things for us to take-away are the key priorities for the Desk moving forward. On this, I want to make sure that Kevin and Tim are comfortable with the evolving process of implementing RTOs - Option 1: wait till completely ready or Option 2: start with basic and "improve".
