Cover letter

Hi Kate,

Can you please print the attached cover letter (for overnight shipment to Bob
Booth) on ENA letterhead?

Also, please give copies of the signed letter to Ed Clark, Bill Williams (the
Dad), Don Hammond and Jody Blackburn.
