Derivatives Update - October 2000

Attached is Stikeman Elliott's derivatives update re: the Ontario Securities
Act regulation of Over the Counter derivatives. Mark or Greg, please review
and determine if any amendments are required to the Physical (Gas and Power)
Master and if so, co-ordinate with Mark Taylor if any amendments are required
to the ISDA Schedule.
