Here is a copy of the BETA. Mark Greenberg and Mark Taylor are going to
finalize changes to it and amend the Legal and Privacy Agreement and have
final documents tomorrow. You can ignore the Broker Fee Agreement forwarded
by Tana Jones. Call me with any questions.
