Year-end performance reviews

Please remember to have the Performance Review meeting with your employee
prior January 20th and send me the Evaluation form signed by you and the
employee. If your employee has participated in the PRC meetings please get in
contact with his/her PRC representative in order to get his/her feedback and
last rating for your employee. That rating will be the final one.
