Given recent events, we have decided to postpone the Greenhouse Gas Strategy Discussion scheduled for Tuesday, November 20.
However, based on your interest, I will set up a conference call to discuss the outcomes of the climate change negotiations last week. Broad rules for international greenhouse gas emissions trading and project-based programs under the Kyoto Protocol were adopted (Clean Development Mechanism and Joint Implementation).
