In Follow-up to Mark Frevert's email to you dated September 8, please call
me at your earliest convenience to reserve your seat in the MANDATORY
training session entitled Sales Practices/Anti-Manipulation Training . The
training session will be conducted by Ken Raisler from Sullivan and
Cromwell. The program covers the legal implications of various activities
of our commercial team -- particularly as they interact with customers in
marketing. The program also covers laws prohibiting market manipulation that
might affect Enron's trading and marketing activities.

The two hour training sessions will be held at the Doubletree, in the
DeZavala Room. Since seating is limited to 50 people per session, please
call me at X57373 to reserve a seat. If I am not available, please leave a
voice mail indicating your peferred session along with your extension
number. I will call you back only if there is a need for reassignment.
