As per your request, attached is a clean version of ERAC's GTCs rev1 dated
March 1, 2001 for uploading to EOL.

Jeff,

As indicated in John's email below, ERAC's GTC's have been modified to cover
exchange transactions. We have also drafted the following online exchange
confirmation template for this type of transactions.
