American National Power Company (Houston), a wholly owned subsidiary of International Power plc (LSE:IPR)(NYSE:IPR) (London), is in the process of adding 550 mega-watt (MW) units number 5 and 6 at its Midlothian II station in Midlothian, Texas, and a 275MW unit number 2 at Hays station in San Marcos, Texas, are all scheduled to come on-line in the fourth quarter of 2001.
