The NYISO is reserving hours beginning 17:00 and 21:00-23:00 in the January
31, 2002 Real-Time Market.

In addition, the NYISO is reserving the following hours in the January 31,
2002 Hour-Ahead locational reserve market: 9:00, 14:00, 15:00, and
20:00-22:00.

Prices in the February 1, 2002 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
