This note serves to confirm that we have verbal confirmation from our designee that they are prepared to extend the term of the Appointment of Agent and Conditional Waiver Agreement to October 31, 2001 on the expectation that your counterparty will take the capacity permanently out of Nov/07. We expect to receive the executed copies on October 29, 2001.
