Please make the following revision to the RFP received Friday from
Frito-Lay, Inc.:

On Page Two of the RFP, under the heading of PRICING BID COMPONENTS in the
paragraph addressing INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT
for parts (a) and (b), please delete the phrase 'MINUS FUEL CHARGES'
in both instances.
