Steve,

It appears as though the outside council opinion is no longer keeping us from completing the ISDA. If you guys are ok with the current language, we can send you an executable copy and you guys can sign and send back with all of the documents that are required according to the ISDA. We are prepared to provide you with our documents and will send them with the executable copies of the ISDA.

Call me when you get a chance and let me know what your status is. I think Barry and I will be in So. California the 17th and 18th. If you have some time, we would like to stop by and see you guys. Just let me know when you are available.
