Sold operational gas from Permian area to Astra for 2 days, 21,053 MMbtu/day at $1.98 and 10,133 MMbtu/day at $2.09.
Effective 01/11/02, sold balance of daily firm for rest of January to Sempra, 15,000 MMbtu/day at .03 from Blanco to Topock. Agreement reached between ENA and TW for capacity for balance of January. Transwestern, as agent for ENA, released a package of 25,000 MMbtu/day from Ignacio to Blanco to Burlington. The new contracted rate of .065 is .005 higher than the original rate and will be split 50/50 with ENA. New volumetric OBA, containing cash out provision, with CIG is executed.
