Out of the Office until 12/31/01

I will be out of the office beginning Thursday 12/20/01 and returning on Monday 12/31/01 (just in time for invoicing...ugh). With regard to support during my absence, John Williams will be handling TW capacity release issues and Karen Brostad will be posting TW transactional reports.

If there are any issues that need my attention, I can be reached by pager at 800-718-0830.

Additionally, if there are contracts/capacity release production support problems that need to be addressed by the IT group, please contact the appropriate party on the attached spreadsheet.
