PROS Revenue Management Announces New Board Member

January 3, 2001 - Houston - PROS Revenue Management, the world's leader in revenue management science and the pioneer and dominant provider of revenue management to the airline and energy industries, today announced the addition of Donald R. Sinclair to the PROS Advisory Board.

Mr. Sinclair currently provides strategic consulting services to the energy industry. He has been involved in the energy industry since deregulation began in the early 1980s. He served as President of Duke Energy Trading and Marketing LLC, from April 1997 to September 1998

Prior to joining Duke, Sinclair served as senior vice president of Tenneco Energy and president of Tenneco Energy Resources. As one of the original principals and officers in Dynegy, he served eight years in various officer positions, including senior vice president and chief risk officer, where he was in charge of all risk management activities and commercial operations.

The mission of the PROS Advisory Board is to assist PROS in achieving its strategic objectives and bringing the highest value revenue management products to its clients.
