The new fuel percentage will be 2.90% instead of 2.25%. The effective fuel unit commodity surcharge for FTS-1 and FTS-2 will also change (a decrease). The new commodity rate for FTS-1 will be $0.0348/Dth instead of $0.0475. The new commodity rate for FTS-2 will be $0.0178/Dth instead of $0.0305/Dth. If you have any questions, please call.
