Topic: Competitive Markets Planning Meeting

Agenda: Discuss results and next steps from Accenture study.

Agree on East Desk Power/IT project focus over the next 6 months.

Assign IT and East Desk owners for each project.

Agree on format and content of documentation needed to secure sponsorship.
(high-level workplans and inception documents - ie... scope, benefit, timeline, resources, etc..)

Agree on timeframe to complete documentation and present to Lloyd, Kevin, and Sally for approval.

Discuss Louise and Lavorato approval requirements, if any.

Discuss post-approval next steps, including staffing options.

Participants: All individuals on cc list and myself

Time: 2 Hours
