This confirms that Ogelthorpe Power Corporation delivered to EPMI a 12-19-02 notice of termination, terminating effective 12- 20 -02 a single open trade Ogelthorpe had with EPMI, a Jan-Feb '02 75 MW Into GTC sale by EPMI effected 9-19-01 under a confirmation dated 10-5-01.
