=09 =09 Dear Jason, On Thursday, ENL's Stephanie Stanton is traveling = to Florida to cover the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Gulfstream Natu= ral Gas Pipeline. The 744-mile pipeline is a joint venture between Duke En= ergy and Williams Energy, the parent company of ENL. Florida Governor Jeb = Bush and Alabama Governor Don Siegelman are scheduled to attend the ceremon= y, and we're crossing our fingers for a chance to speak with the governors = about several issues. Log on Thursday for coverage from Florida. Tuesday= , California Gov. Gray Davis threatened to bring a lawsuit against the FERC= . ENL's Washington Bureau Chief Jay Cranford says the bureau will follow t= he developments surrounding Gov. Davis and the FERC on Thursday.
