The conference call will take place between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Call-in information was sent to you in a previous email, and is included in the present attachment. Attached to this notice is a document which provides the ISO's responses to the comments some of you submitted on the July 24 Draft Proposal. Please review this document prior to the conference call.
