COI rating change HE06-09 08/30/01

After the Day ahead market ran, the COI branch group TTC in the North to
South and South to North direction was changed from 4300 MW to 4030 MW and
from 3675 MW to 2450 MW for HE09 through HE18 operating day 08/30/01. The
reason(s) for the change is late notification of BPA 500kV line work. The
first applicable Hour Ahead market to run with these values is HE09. The
ISO will update you of any changes in line rating status. Sent by Market
