Coordinated Operation of Controllable devices

System Notification: At 1345 PDT, PAC sent the following WSCC Telenet
message: Path 20 is experiencing high clockwise unscheduled flow. Net
schedule on the Path has been reduced to 85% of the transfer limit and the
actual flow remains at 95% or higher. PAC now requests coordinated operation
of controllable devices to take effect this hour. Path 20 limit 607MW with
actual flow of 675MW. Schedules on the path are 440MW. Please check your
schedules.
