Here is an agenda for today's meeting with Deseret:

DGT describes their organization and their resources and how they supply their load, also their strategy on selling off-system energy
DGT will describe their current agreement with Pacificorp and what they would like to see in a new agreement
Services Desk function and past experience with Service customers
Basic functions that we would be able to provide them; scheduling, real-time function, settlements, meter reading, billing, etc.
Remarketing of their energy and market-making capabilities, how we are able to capture value on a daily, month, and term basis
Risk Management products; unit insurance, fixed price swaps and collars, etc.
Market intelligence to help with their load/resource management for planning purposes and to maximize thri revenues from their non-member sales
Next steps

Please provide any additional feedback on other issues you would like to talk about. We will be meeting around 12 noon or as soon as they arrive from the airport.
