I've added a few comments to the objectives section. I'm in general agreement with the bulk of the comments, i.e. good standards of excellence, sharp guy. My one subtle, but real criticism deals with attitude and cheekiness, particularly with respect to senior level folks, in that J probably needs two or three tablesponns of humility, a comment that I've heard from a number of people.
