Operator LNG Interests agrees to indemni= fy=20 Ship Owner Transportation Interests against any loss or expense caused by o= r=20 resulting from Operator=01,s LNG Interests=01, failure to procure the waive= r(s) of=20 subrogation provided in this Clause 11.3 12.2.
