Rajesh,

Attached are versions of the COU agreement that Clay is using with OLNG for the spot cargoes. Dan Rogers said the one that he hopes to use going forward is the one named "EIGSC-OLNG-VESSEL-CONDITIONS-OF-USE".

We should discuss this next week as per my previous e-mail.

Best Regards,

Paul

< As you requested yesterday, I attach a clean and comparison of the Oman
< COU. The changes made result in Enron only acknowledging the document,
< rather than being responsible for the shipowner's obligations as well.
< Please let me know if this is what you had in mind.

Dear Roald:

Wayne Perry asked me to forward to you the COU that will be needed for Oman.
I understand that Dan Rogers also transmitted this to you in late December
for your comments. It will be necessary for this document to be executed by
all parties prior to the Hoegh Galleon calling on the port in Oman.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
