The attached spreadsheet summarizes the pricing, hedging, and margin "lock-in" for the latest cargo. As shown, the pricing will be as follows:

1,625,526 gallons @ Average November Non-TET Mont Belvieu plus 6.700 cents per gallon

1,679,706 gallons @ Average December Non-TET Mont Belvieu plus 6.700 cents per gallon

178,500 gallons @ Average January Non-TET Mont Belvieu plus 6.700 cents per gallon

4,416,699 Total gallons

Note: Bill of Lading date was October 25, 2001 B/L Quantity was 8477.35 MT (4,416,699 gallons) MB Avg. Oct. 24,25,26 was $0.39396/gallon

Basis: 521 Gallons/MT
