We have scheduled the relocation of certain individuals in order to centralize the UBS staff in one area of the floor and the Enron staff in another area of the floor. The following schedule indicates the individuals that will be required to move and the expected dates of their move. Friday, February 1st Phase I (morning) Moves into Accounting area Hibbert Martin Rondeau Phase II (afternoon) Moves into former IT area Weibe McKeel Koulikov Phase III (afternoon) Moves into row next to Risk/Trading (west) Cooper Unger Bruce Gillis** Reeves** Dupuy Monday, February 4th Phase IV (morning) Moves into former Ops/IT Development area Kitagawa Lalani Rodger Savidant M. Catt Leung Hedstrom** Phase V (afternoon) Moves into former Finance area Vander Velde Seib Prior Tackney Ripley Liknes Moscoso Tuesday, February 5th Phase VI (morning) Moves into area closest to Ops file room Langfeldt Pernul Johnsen Boulanger Phase VII (late morning/early afternoon) Moves into Ops area LaPorte Cooke M. Taylor Dunsmore Phase VIII (afternoon) Moves into Ops area Gulka Jessop Ta Scott/Dawes** Panchuk Donlevy-Lee ** these individuals will have a desk with UBS and a desk with ECC Boxes will be placed in the Operations Department area in order that you may pack up all of your belongings. You will be responsible for moving your personal belongings to your new desk and the IT staff will be responsible for moving your phone and computer equipment to your new desk. In order to identify your newly allocated desks, sheets with the names of the above-captioned individuals will be attached to the desks. Please see me if you have any questions or concerns.
